Charlie quoted for job of repairing damaged membrane. Gary repaired roof. Both had spotted that membrane fitted when my chimney was removed was sagging and told me it was the wrong type (I checked Web and they were correct). Charlie quoted for additional job, Gary repaired roof, including removing old birds nests from under the tiles. A good team who know what they are doing.

Charlie was very knowledgable and after coming out to fix what we thought was the issue identified another one. He spoke me through the issue and what works would be needed to fix it and gave me the options without being pushy or overselling. Sorted out the problem and kept me updated with photos and videos. Would definitely recommend.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job on my tiled roof, replacing broken tiles and repairing leaks in the old cast iron guttering. Charlie is extremely polite and professional, and Gary, his roofer, is an outstanding tradesman who took time to explain the work with videos and photos. Their pricing is very competitive, and the quality of workmanship is first class. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing work.

Charlie and Gary to the rescue . (After getting rid of some roof people , I wasn’t happy with their work.) Charlie arrived to inspect the fascia’s , guttering and down pipes , informing me of the other problems that they caused apart from the obvious , wonky downpipe, removal of an overflow pipe , guttering not fitted correctly. Everything was redone from start . So grateful. They were both knowledgable and helpful. Really neat work. They turned up at the said time. Will definitely be contacting again..

Had an intermittent leak above our Velux window in very heavy rain, which we thought was due to the guttering above it being broken. Charlie came promptly, dressed very smartly with excellent communication skills, and gave a competitive quote for new gutters. They came very quickly to stop any further water damage, and once they were on the roof, unfortunately found lots of incorrect DIY from the previous owner that was adding to the problem. They worked late two days running to re-felt and flash our roof correctly, and explained everything thoroughly. I am very happy with their work ethic.

A quick service and completed the work we'd agreed on to a decent standard.
