What a fantastic experience right from the start. Started by covering all the work area in protective sheeting! Work was completed to an excellent standard even finished in the time frame given. We love the fresh new look of our home.

I dealt with Ryan who gave me useful info about rendering. He was a good communicator, returning calls quickly. He organised scaffolding and a skip. The building now looks smart and I have a guarantee for the work. As it was a rental property and not my home I had to organise (unexpectedly) an electricity source from one flat, and an outside tap was needed (luckily one was there). I'd have preferred being able to pay by credit card than bank transfer for such an amount, and I'd have rather paid a smaller holding deposit than 15% (10% recommended by Checkatrade). However, I'd use Ryan again.

We made numerous enquiries with a number of local companies and obtained quotes. We are so so pleased we chose Royal Rendering to render our house. From start to finish they were extremely professional and reliable. They completed the work impeccably with very little mess. We have had such bad experiences with building companies in the past unfortunately so I am always weary and slightly worried but I honestly cannot fault the services of Royal Rendering. I have high standards and these were met, would 100% recommend this company to anyone.
