Excellent work, very pleased with conduct & quality of work.

Conor and his team transformed our sloping mud patch into a fantastic terraced garden that we could not be more happy with. From our initial meeting to discuss our thoughts we felt total confidence in Conor as he fully envisioned what we were hoping for and added some great ideas himself. From day 1 we knew we had made the right choice, the work ethic in the three weeks he was with us was exceptional, hard working, as clean and tidy as you can be carrying what was a big messy job and keeping us fully updated as he progressed. The final result was everything we had hoped for and more !

An old patio dug out, type1/cement/sand compacted porcelain tiles laid and resin-based grouted. When Connor came to quote, I asked the old slabs to be put behind a new building. The trouble that Adam&Tom went to was more than I was expecting / brilliant. I was always told what was happening now, and also the next day. The care that was taken on my resin drive was very thoughtful. Everyone was friendly, smiley and uncomplaining, even when the rain battered down. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Connor, and the team.

Connor was fantastic from the start, very responsive to text messages and came over to quote within a couple of days of initial enquiry. We had new drainage added for a new en-suite, extended the patio and had a 6 x 4m garden room custom built for a competitive price. Connors level of workmanship is 10/10, a tidy worker and listens to every request. Would fully recommend Pinnacle for any work that you may need doing, a friendly and reliable company that will complete the job to the highest standard.

Can’t speak highly enough about the work carried out. Conner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even finding other contractors to complete all our other renovations! We will always put Pinnacle at the top of list for any future works on our house.
