We had a leaking pipe and faulty taps in my place of work and needed this sorted ASAP. I contacted Richard and he was able to see us very quickly, diagnosed the problem straight away. this was agreed by our head office to go ahead with the work. this was all completed in a timely fashion, no mess no hassle and would highly recommend. friendly and approachable.

Shower repair

My shower not having enough flow for some months, previous plumbers have not solved the problem but seem to have snatched at potential solutions. Eventually I asked 'Royal Flush' for help. Richard came and looked at the problem and thought about it and investigated it before coming up with a solution. The shower is now restored to its original working to my relief and the relief of the refugee family currently lining here with me. I was rather surprised by the bill, but I suppose that was my own fault for not asking for an estimate beforehand - added to which I am always surprised at the cost
