I contacted Royal Flush early this morning with an urgent problem to replace an old plastic washing machine valve which I had broken inside the brass connecting pipe leading to an immediate need to turn off the water at the main stop cock. So without water my situation was dire. I contacted Rich who responded that he would be able to call in TWO hours. That was an amazing response and he was true to his word and an hour later a proper brass valve and isolation valve were in place for the washing machine and the mains was back on. 10 Blocked toilet!

We had an issue with blocked toilet. We had a fantastic plumber who came to our home. He explained what the issue was and how it can be resolved. The job was sorted quicker than we expected and to a high standard. No mess or problems at all. We will be using Royal flush plumbing again if we have any plumbing issue in the future.
