Ricky and sam were great to work with.

Highly recommend Ricky and Sam. The work was completed on time, to a great standard and to the estimate given at the outset. Both were polite and always sought to keep the working area and rest of the house clean and tidy. Ricky was also the only plumber that suggested a re-design of the family bathroom to fit a separate bath and shower could work and meet our needs.

We used Ricky (Royal Berkshire Bathrooms) for the installation of our new ensuite and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Everything was finished to a high standard and are so pleased with it. From the initial quote, Ricky made us feel at ease and guided us through the whole installation and also put us in contact with his recommended supplier for the suite itself and tiles who were also great.

From enquiry to completion Ricky and his team were fantastic. On the initial visit Ricky was clear about option and answered all my questions. He was clear and upfront about the process and the timelines to choose the suit, start work and payment requirements. His quote was accurate and as any changes or additions were added he was clear about costs and options. I was away during the refit and returned after the bathroom was complete. Ricky & Sam did a great job with our bathroom refurbishment, and we are very pleased with the result. They worked efficiently and skilfully, completing the work in good time to a high standard. All the communication, from initial contact to the end, was prompt and helpful. We used their suggested supplier (Ballcock & Bits), which also worked well. We would definitely recommend them and would use again.
