    Bathroom Renovation

    From the day Rick came to quote I found him to be knowledgeable, punctual, down to earth. Rick talked me through step by step what would be done in a non patronising manner. The quality of Ricks work and attention to detail is first class. Great communication throughout. I am delighted with my bathroom and I will definitely be using him again. Thank you.

    Fitting shower

    Put in shower. Didn’t work. Said it was down to the electrics and he knew one to call Never got back to us. So paid £260 to have a shower fitted that doesn’t work. Extremely disappointed. Don’t like giving negative feedback, but it’s impossible to give a positive review on this occasio

    Dear Stephen I’m sorry that you did not have a positive experience with royal bathroom and plumbing services. It was my understanding that your shower was not working and you asked for a replacement which is what I completed for you to the highest of standard as my work always is. You failed to communicate to me that the electrical pull cord had been broken that’s why it didn’t work. I am a plumber with 25 years experience, I’m not a qualified electrician and so I’m afraid I couldn’t get the shower working at that time. I advised you got an electrician through check a trade to make it work.

    Rick did a great job for us at fairly short notice. The work carried was to a great standard and exactly what we discussed. He then came back later the same day to an emergency call as the builders went through a heating pipe. Again did a fantastic job and would fully recommend!

    Really pleased with the work that was carried out efficiently and at a reasonable price. Communication was great. Ricky was courteous and respectful and I was very grateful for the advice he gave me on other jobs that I would like to be done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
