Rick has been absolutely fantastic from beginning to end, he kept me informed and gave me options when choosing a new shower. He was prompt and got on with job he tidied up after himself and the shower looks incredible and even filled old holes where old shower was removed. I would whole heartedly recommend and will definitely be using Ricks services again

Of the 3 companies that applied for my job, Royal Bathrooms was the only one to visit site to look at the job promptly, and provided assistance in the selected parts. Rick always kept me updated throughout the process and arrived promptly on installation day. He worked hard and was professional throughout removing the old units, and the installing the new units. Very clean and tidy and the job was completed within an extended day. Would highly recommend this company for the service they provide.

After approaching 2 local heating businesses which wanted me to do the chasing and not even turn up. I had found Ricky from a Facebook recommendation. Ricky's communication was excellent, he had to come round a few times to get our order of radiators right. He ordered them directly for us and had them delivered and came the following day to fit. Excellent workmanship and standards, main aim was to please and dealt with our changes professionally. Great to see passion and willing to please the customer, will be using him to revamp our bathrooms.

Arrived promptly to fix a seized isolation valve; really polite and friendly yet professional. Will use again for any plumbing issues in the future without hesitation.

The work was completed on time,and to the highest standards,inspite of a few unforseen hitches. These were quickly resolved. To summarise, I would highly recommend Royal Bathroom & plumbing, and will use them for future jobs.
