I’m sorry that you did not have a positive experience with royal bathroom and plumbing services. It was my understanding that your shower was not working and you asked for a replacement which is what I completed for you to the highest of standard as my work always is. You failed to communicate to me that the electrical pull cord had been broken that’s why it didn’t work. I am a plumber with 25 years experience, I’m not a qualified electrician and so I’m afraid I couldn’t get the shower working at that time. I advised you got an electrician through check a trade to make it work.
