The workers were absolutely fantastic with getting the work done, they were very friendly and would happily welcome them back again. Responded to enquiry quickly and conducted survey. Provided detailed quote. Arrived at agreed time. First attempt at round window was not up to their own standard so came back a week later and redid the work. It wasn’t an easy job but now perfect. We needed a damp survey after a general house survey mentioned it, causing an issue with our buyer’s mortgage. We got an appointment within a few days and Craig was very competent and informative.
