We had a leak in our flat roof and Jake provided a couple of options what could be done depending on the price tag. We've tried the cheapest one it didn't work so I went for the whole roof replacement one. Jake and the team did a great job in just 1.5 days and left the area nice and tidy. The time will tell because it leaked only when it is windy heavy raining so just a couple of times a year and so far it wasn't that raining yet. But regardless Jake is super professional and respectful. Highly recommend.

Jake at Rowell Roofing was recommended to me thru our local Facebook group. He came out the very next day to look at replacing our gutters and fascia, was friendly, and made me feel at ease. He was also the only one to promptly provide a clear written quote with a proper cost breakdown. On the day, Jake arrived on time with his team, got the job done quickly, and left everything tidy. When I later noticed a leak on the soffit and downpipe (not caused by his work), he still came back promptly and fixed it. Great communication, reliable, and professional throughout. I highly recommend him!

I wanted Velux window fitted in an awkward position which Jake spent some time sourcing the ideal window. He arranged scaffolding and did the job all in the one day. I contacted Jake to fix and replace a large flat roof. He came and assessed my roof the same day. Gave me plenty of different options and quoted me a price a day or two later. Once agreed on the work. He fitted the job in about a week later and replaced my roof in only 3 days. Which was amazing. The whole time, Jake and his colleague Warren. Jake was friendly and professional from start to finish. He visited and assessed the job, ran me through the options for repair or renewal and made me feel very comfortable with the process. He arrived on time on the day, carried out the works in good time and showed me photos and videos of the complete works. He was very tidy and took all rubbish away with him at the end of the day.
