Following some work done to our dormer flat roof, we experienced a leak into the bedroom. Before any repair work was signed off the insurance company required an independent assessment of the damage. Tom was quickly available to come and make an assessment, during which he clearly explained what he had observed and in his experience what had happened. Tom was friendly and it was clear he knew what he was talking about.

Routley roofing were exceptional at their job! Tom was reliable, professional and got the job done with no problems whatsoever. He took his time to come and inspect the roof and got to know our roof properly before advising us on what was needed. Gave us an affordable and reasonable price for the work that needed to carried which we didn’t get with any other company. I would highly recommend these guys for all your roofing work and guttering work. He also provides guarantee for his work so any problems he will come back to make sure it’s done properly.

Punctuality and reasonable price.

I had a damp chimney breast inside my bedroom, I investigated and could see the water was coming from the chimney stack. I had no idea where to start, Tom was recommended to me through a friend. Tom was fantastic throughout, he gave prompt, friendly and professional advice. He came to inspect the chimney and locate the issue. Tom provided a range of solutions and quotations to resolve the issue. Tom arrived on time, with all materials ready to work. He was very efficient, hard working and professional throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and recommend to others. 10/10

We had a window replacement and Tom came round really quickly, measured up and told us exactly the window sizes we needed and once they were here he came to check them before the job started. Could not fault Tom, he was clean, tidy and turned up when he said! He even came back to fit the blinds for us! We Highly recommend Tom.
