Was having issues with my immersion tank. It was intermittent with hot and cold. He came round and said it was all ok and wanted 120 for his time (20 min checks). Later that day no hot water. I asked him what happens now and explained that there is clearly a problem that you didnt diagnose. He stated that it was all working when he left but does know someone who can check different things (meaning he didnt check properly at all!). After begging he got another person to come down. Quoted me 700+ for new pump + suggested whole new tank. I fixed it myself, faulty senor.Trading standards contacted
