  I am in awe of the hard work and service from Rosewood Group. From start to finish, Kirpa and his team made the entire experience seamless, professional, and genuinely stress-free. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about his job. The installation and completion were flawless. Each detail was carefully executed. They arrived before 7am and didn’t leave my home until 11pm. The quality of the workmanship is simply outstanding. What impressed us most was Kirpa’s customer service. Fully recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality flooring and exceptional service.

  Excellent Job & Communication

  Kay was the last contractor who visited us and we were about to decide to go with another one at that time. He visited us promptly with a great range of LVT and carpet samples, and came along with the experience to give clear, helpful advice. His communication was very good throughout, professional and reassuring. He explained the differences between LVT brands, and answered every question and concern I had. The job was completed on time and as promised. They also went beyond by repairing one of the room floors that wasn’t level, and did an excellent job. I will definitely be using them again

  I had asked Rosewood to install a new LVT floor. Had great advice on the system and build up from them. The guys were very professional, clean and efficient. Looking forward to getting them back to install the other rooms. Very pleased on how it looks

  This is the 4 th time we have used Kipa and his team they have always provided a great efficient service. This time they have gone above and beyond by doing a first class job which was completed in a very limited timeframe. Would highly recommended.

  Kirpa and his team are easy to deal with, diligent and efficient in their work. It was a pleasure working with them to fit a newly built extension LVT floor. Will look to use them again when I'm on the next phase. All rubbish cleared away too.
