I requested that the builder focus on my work and they honoured this request. The builders supported the project and obtained good and reliable trades person to do other aspect of the renovation. I was kept informed and had weekly meetings and more. I was provided with sufficient information to make an informed choice as this was my first project and I know nothing about building. I felt respected by the builders as I was doing the project by myself as a woman and my daughter. The work and materials was a satisfactory standard. They completed both projects in our agreed time scale.
