  Roof flashing repair

  John Casey got in touch almost immediately. Him and his partner came around appraised the job, recognised there were some systematic problems and fixed the whole job in one go. Very well communicated, very happy with the outcome.

  Top quality work by a truly experienced professional team. John was able to detect a leak that noone else could and identified other potential problem areas explaining and showing exactly what was happening. Very transparent, very polite and actually one of the most genuine gentleman I have come across in some time. Would highly recommend and already have him in mind for our extension once planning has been obtained.

  The work was done exactly as described, the men were friendly and helpful and did the job in a morning that's building a tower to the forth storey of the building. I would use them again.

  The block paving at the front of the house required relaying, due to some sort of acid spill which discoloured the blocks. The subsequent relaying has left a lot of gaps between blocks due to heavy rain over last few weeks. Wall around flowerbed needed relaying twice due to, initially not being level, and the render being incorrectly applied. Request to re-render was ignored as they claimed they had done a good job. I believe blocks should have been laid with minimal gaps between blocks. Guttering and soil pipe required 3 attempts to seal properly, and I pointed out it was an amateurish job.

  New garden fence.

  I am very pleased with the fence and with the process of building it. John, the boss, made it clear from the start that he and his workers would strive to do the job exactly as I wanted it and to overcome any problems along the way. The team worked extremely hard to remove decades of old fence, rubble and ivy, they were pleasant and cooperative when there was a misunderstanding about how the fence was to be built and every effort was made to rectify the misunderstanding. I recommend them without reservation.
