The old lawn needed to be removed in order to reseed. So we decided to kill the grass and turnover the soil with a rotavator. James carried out the work with the rotavator and then levelled the ground and spreaded two bulk bags of topsoil. James worked hard to get the job done and completed the job to a good standard.

James quoted £140 from my photos of the job (I asked him twice if he would like to see it first). He arrived on time but was clearly in a hurry to leave. He worked hard for just 2 hours and I paid up thinking the job was done. When I started forking over the area for planting I discovered some massive bamboo clump roots remaining and tried several times to contact James to come back and help (I am 70 years old). He completely ignored my messages and photos. Needless to say, I am NOT a satisfied customer.
