We had a very positive experience with Rosebourne plumbing. The whole process from our initial query to the work being completed was efficient, thorough and conscientious . Will was very clear in laying out our options and we are very happy with the results. We had a power shower installed along with thermostatic taps. Will and Harry were both very helpful and took great pains to sort out our toilet issues. Will and Harry did a great job on taking out a steel bath and fitting a Spa whirlpool bath for me. It was challenging to get a fairly large and heavy bath up stairs, they did it thanks to their ingenuity and Harry's strength! I am very pleased with the end result and excellent tiling around the bath. Will is very polite, obliging and capable and they were both very pleasant to have in the house. They worked carefully and efficiently and attended to an odd leak after fitting with alacrity to solve it. We had a nasty odour coming from the toilet waste connection in our downstairs loo. I called Will and he came next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. Will was extremely helpful, courteous and left everything clean, tidy and fully tested.
