  Leak repair

  I’m so glad we found these guys! We’d had a leak so it was quite a long process due to the nature of the damage and they were so great throughout. Ross was also really knowledgeable about the insurance process - it was naturally a bit stressful but he was really calm and reassuring and really knows his stuff. His team - Phil, Carlos & Vasily - were really courteous and a pleasure to have around. Questions were dealt with really quickly and lots of general advice was given. Always there when they said they’d be too - super job well done.

  Damp wall

  10 out of 10 for the team for punctuality, tidiness, and polite manner. I Used Rosco and Perlini before to locate and fix a leak in my flat. Because they did it so well, I called them again. It is a pleasure to have such a professional team working on your property. They are now working on my neighbours and they are as happy with them as I was. It wouldn’t surprise me if I spotted them again nearby, I am recommending you guys to everyone.

  Repair of water leak

  We had a water leak in our kitchen that had caused a lot of damage to the walls. Ross was amazing from the start, and gave excellent advice about dealing with the insurers. The team did great work and I am so happy I chose this company. Absolutely 100% would recommend.

  Tanking a basement flat and preventing future damage

  We had multiple issues in a basement flat which needed to be gutted and completely tanked and refitted to resolve. The team did a brilliant job and they refitted the bathroom and kitchen perfectly. We were really happy with all the work they did and Ross was extremely helpful from the initial inspection right through to the end of the works.

  Leak

  It was later on Friday, so I was worried the job would have been rushed, but no. Very thorough and professional company. They stayed past 8 pm to make sure the leak was located and applied a temporary fix. They provided a report with recommended works and pricing early the following week and came back to fix the leak for good. I am over the moon about the level of service, dedication and politeness. I will pass Rosco’s details to anyone needing a reliable and caring service.
