  Tile, felt and batten repair

  We had a leak from a cracked tile and disintegrated felt all along one edge of our roof. Dave was quick to diagnose and was cost competitive compared to other roofers. I liked that we got photos of the issue and fix before, during and after the work and the communication was great. The roof looks great now it's done. Dave even came back afterwards to adjust a wonky gutter, unprompted. Amazing service. Would use again without hesitation.

  Great work from the Rosam team from start to finish. David initially came and inspected the damage that needed to be repaired - ever so professional throughout. Callus and Dale then carried out the work meticulously, providing updates as needed throughout then a final review before they left. Top quality work all at a good price. Highly recommended!

  Repair leaking roof

  Came out very promptly to look at what needed to be done. Gave me 3 quotes depending on how much work I wanted to be done. Photos sent each day to show the progress of the work. Cleaned up well when they had finished.
