  The owner leads from the front. Considerate, knowledgeable, practical, courteous. [ Remove and re-lay of gable for 2 storey 1980's house, pavement facing end ] Criteria: Safety Essential good roof work done because people walk the pavement below Goal to ensure gable safe and complete works before the "wet season" Statement of work agreed: line itemised Invoice Flexibility given on attendance I recognise those who take pride in their work: a bit more time to do a job well

  I would not hesitate to recommend Rosam Roofing - Dave and his team did an excellent job. Needed a valley replacement, new felt, mortar and a re-tile. All done in a day, very neat and tidy and lots of progress photos to show us what was happening on the roof.

  Dave and his team did an excellent job, from the start or the job to the end of the job I was well informed as to the progress, no surprise extras and everything was kept neat and tidy at the end of every day, I couldn’t recommend Rosam Roofing enough!

  From the first meeting with Dave I never felt pressured into agreeing to the need for work as I was presented with options. Dave and his team worked very hard, were punctual and friendly. They kept me informed as to progress and cleared up well at the end of each day. The job was completed on time and within estimate and I am pleased with the outcome. They took pride in their work and I would recommend Rosam Roofing.

  A full roof replacement, of the tiles, soffits, facia and guttering

  Dave and his team were knowledgeable and offered advice from the start of the process, through to completion. They kept me updated as they went along. They were all polite,. timely (weather permitting), and completed a professional job. We are really pleased with the job and have no complaints. I would recommend them if you need your roof redoing.
