Very impressed with the effort taken to ensure the door was a good fit. The door looked beautiful and hopefully, will now make my garage watertight. Just a minor thing - I was instructed to ensure I painted under and door to protect the wood. However, I had a little problem with the seal getting stuck to the paint and Roots had to attend to replace the seal but now not in, what | can only assume, not the correct place. Maybe a heads up on how to ensure the seal stayed fitted correctly would have helped but I may being a bit picky. However, for the price, feel this comment is justified.

Needed a new staircase and handrail as part of some renovation work. Pete was very prompt at being able to come and give us a quote. Given we were selling our property, he made appropriate suggestions and options. Whilst not the cheapest of quotes, the attention to detail gave me confidence that the work was going to be done to a high standard. We were really pleased with the outcome and would use Roots again without hesitation.

We contacted Roots as we needed a new door hung to an existing frame. He came out promptly to asses the job and measure for the correct door size. I was very happy with his quote and agreed for the work to be carried out. I found his work to be of a very high standard especially due to the nature of the frame not being square or level. He arrived at the agreed time, carried out the work in a professional manor, and ensured that all the mess was cleared away, and left when we were happy with the fitting. We would highly recommend him and will use Roots again in the future.

We found ourselves in need of joiner/bathroom fitter after a floorboard gave way in our en-suite. We called Roots joinery as we had used them in the past. They came out promptly to inspect the damage. There was damage to joists, floors and walls. This needed to be fixed and a new bathroom installed. Roots were very accommodating of us and was patient whilst we made the necessary decisions. Invoices were very detailed and clear and all costs explained. Work was completed to a high standard and our home was protected whilst the works were carried out. Things were also left tidy afterwards.
