Matthew organised a new patio and pergola in my back garden together with a new front gravel drive. The work was carried out meticulously by his contractors and he made regular site visits. Matthew is very amenable and knowledgeable and I have great faith in his advice. I look forward to working with him again. Lots of neighbours passed compliments on the standard of workmanship.

This week I asked Roots to visit to discuss some tree and shrub pruning plus other general jobs around the garden that needed attention and work. I received a quote the same day and two days later the work has been done to my complete satisfaction. The staff were hard and fast working, they knew each plant by name and how to deal with it. They kept me appraised of developments as they went along to ensure I was satisfied. One particular challenge around the base of a precious judas tree, was assessed with possible options that were discussed with the right solution put in place.

We are regular customers of Roots and they are well organised, polite, professional and they work hard. They do regular maintenance for us and also annual visits to cut back hedges and trees etc. They take everything away and always leave my property neat and tidy.

I was very pleased with the work carried out last week by Roots. This consisted of removing two areas of lawn, excellent preparation of the ground and then laying of new turf. Their whole approach, including the first visit through to clearing up at the end of the project, was first class.

Our experience with Roots was amazing from start to finish, from the garden plans to doing the work. Nothing was too much trouble, they were contactable and answered any questions needed and even came round to give advice! We can’t stop looking at our garden and how lovely it looks, with the lovely new grass and array of planting of climbers and shrubs etc. A big thank you to Matthew and his amazing team.
