  Responsive and reliable! Fixed leaking gutter at short notice

  Neil came out to me at very short notice (within half an hour I think) to fix a leaking gutter joint in the pouring rain. I now have my sanity back! Thanks Neil

  Soffits and Fascia Mend

  A small section of shared soffit with my neighbour, had come loose and was wedged behind the downpipe. I asked Neil if he could pop by to mend it, and he said the company would be going on annual summer leave for 2 weeks but would try his best. I was genuinely not expecting to hear until after his well earned holiday. He not only made time in his busy schedule to mend the soffit, but he did it at no charge. I noticed the soffit was mended, but had no idea who had done it as Neil did not contact me until after his return to work. Trust worthy, reliable and extremely professional!

  From start-to-finish, the Roof Wizard team provided an excellent service. Neil was very timely to my request for a survey/quote. Questions were answered quickly and knowledgably, with good advice provided. The quote was very reasonable. On the x2 days of the work, Simon and Nigel were professional, respectful, efficient, very tidy and kept us informed of progress. They were also the quietest trades people we've ever had! The job also included cleaning of all soffits and facias, so with the completed guttering and downpipes, our property has been given a lovely facelift. Very pleased. Thank you
