Super punctual. Great communication from initial quote, through various stages of the work with detailed pictures and videos. Would certainly use them again on another property.

Did a good job,but was told a bit steep for what was done.

Very poor quality work, rushed in under 2 hrs. Valley pointing was very rough. Some sections weren't done at all, some sections broke away within 3 days, others cracking already. Slipped tiles weren't even reseated before pointing. Broken tile (part of job) were not replaced. Verge cap they fitted already fallen off, others clearly loose. Gutters left full of mortar. Cleaned buckets into our drain and blocked it. Tyler (owner) didn't do any of the work himself or bother to get up a ladder to inspect his teams work. Wants me to wait total 5 weeks from original complaint to fix.
