Sam's communication was great! He replied to us super quickly and was always available when we had questions. They started the work quickly and were flexible when visiting for quotes and during the work due to our working patterns. He explained everything to us really well and we're super happy with our new roof!

Had before for previous work so had back when this work was needed. Completed work with no bother when they said. When a broken brick was left they came back to change that one as well with no extra cost. A roof tile became loose during this replacement and again they came back to fix it with no issue. Would recommend and use again

Sam responded very quickly to our request for information and came and gave us a very reasonable quote the next day. Scaffolding was organised at once and the roofing work started the next day. He and Gareth worked efficiently, got the job done in two days and left the site clean and tidy. It was a real pleasure to get to know Sam and we recommend him and his team without reservation. Sam & his colleague turned up at arranged time to start the job. I couldn't fault them both, very professional & finished my flat roof to a high quality standard. I would highly recommend to friends & family. Sadly I couldn't get up high enough to take pictures.

Really happy we used Rooftech for our job. Sam is really friendly and communicative. He explained the plans clearly when quoting and the estimate was fair. Sam and the team turned up on time, were quick to work and again, really communicative about the progress and when there was a delay (fairly obvious they couldn't cement a chimney in the rain!) The work has been carried out to a high standard: we're finding that room a lot warmer and no new penetrating damp. We recommend Rooftech for sure.
