I received a response to my repair request within 2 hours. Chris arrived the same day to carry out a survey and give me a quote. The work was completed, to my satisfaction, the following day. Good communications from Chris letting me know what time he would arrive for the survey and the work. From start to finish, his team was efficient, courteous, and meticulous. he promptly assessed the roof's condition, clearly explaining all the work that was needing done. work commenced there work is flawless and kept their work area tidy. Getting Roof tiles, battens and felt replaced with all associated tile vents Etc. Craig from Rooftech got back in touch with me very quickly after my initial enquiry and provided me with a quote based on photos of the work required. We agreed a date and time and Craig arrived as expected was really friendly and genuine, nice guys who cracked on with the job. Repairs were done to a high standard and everything looks good. Job location: KY7Chris carried out a good, tidy repair job to my roof and left the area very clean after work was completed. He kept to his promised day for the work and kept me posted with messages . Fair price and very good service . Would highly recommend Chris at Rooftech for your roofing repairs .
