Work not completed and told me it’s not worth coming back even though a date an time was booked in

So, I called this company to come out and repair my front gutters, which a person came out and partly repaired it as there is still a not completely fixed. I was given an a date of the 2nd December 2024 that they were going to come back. I then sent a text message to confirm date on the 27th November to be told basically it’s not worth coming out to me, but they came out in the first instant and took my money the first time. I’m not sure I’d recommend this company as it’s now going to cost me more time and money to fix. Also this is the 2nd feedback on here but I was asked to take down.

Excellent service. Turned up on time. Reviewed what was needed. Went to get the parts required and was back in no time to complete the work. Excellent polite and efficient service snd would highly recommend.

John came on time, was very kind and explained to me what he did. He also patiently listened to my concerns. I will call him again if needed.
