  Roof & chimney repair including replacing 2 chimney pots. Great job & lovely guy. The work was carried out in January so not the best working conditions for roof work but John proved very reliable. Would highly recommend.

  Leaking roof repair

  I’m so pleased we found John, our roof has been leaking for three years despite many other firms attempting to resolve the problem without success. John was always very quick to answer queries and kept in touch throughout, he was very polite and courteous, turned up when he said he would, did the work agreed and cleared away all waste when finished. He also sent photos of the damage and repair which was very reassuring. The storms last night tested the repair and the damp patches in the bedroom are drying out so I’m confident it’s fixed at last. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roofsan.

  Roof and guttering repair

  John was courteous and friendly. Thorough roof check, took photos and gave good description of work that was required. Competitively priced quote. He turned up on time, got cracking on job straightaway. He was very efficient & it was great to see how often he checked his work to ensure all was straight and neat from a view across the road. He did miss something from the gutter repair, but he was instantly apologetic and returned swiftly to rectify it. He kindly even did a little bit extra on the gutter job, f-o-c. I'm very happy. Excellent service. Top bloke. Would recommend & use again.
