  Essential and emergency roof and gully repair

  The company did the work and seemed to do it very well, certainly there has been no ingress of rain water since they completed the job. The workmen were polite, considerate and tidied up after themselves. My only problem, despite having paid the bill and following several requests, they seem unable to send me a receipt on headed notepaper or the guarantee for the work. I need both for the new purchasers of my property. Hence my revised grading of the company communication overall. I would only recommend if you don't have a requirement for the receipt and guarantee or any ongoing communication.

  Emergency gulley and roof repair

  The company came and assessed the job, they were able to complete it quickly as it was an emergency (rainwater pouring into the cellar caused by the deterioration of roofing materials) by moving jobs around, for which we were very grateful. Communication was superb, the workmen arrived on time, were efficient, polite, extremely tidy and professional. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally envisaged but we were consulted and kept informed throughout. Overall we would highly recommend Roof Revival and would certainly use them again.
