  Substantial roof works were undertaken on my family's private property. Myself and my family feel fortunate that Roof Rescue carried out the repairs as not only were the repairs of a high quality but reasonably priced too. Thank you for all your time and hard work.

  Victorian mid terrace roof recover

  Mark and the Roof Rescue team were brilliant from start to finish. Their quote was clear and detailed, and Mark patiently answered all my questions while I compared three companies. During the job they talked me through each stage, worked in blistering heat, and stayed tidy and courteous throughout. They even managed my last‑minute request for a finial! The finished roof looks fantastic and comes with a 10‑year guarantee. Not the cheapest quote, but absolutely worth it for the quality and peace of mind. A really positive experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

  Quality Work with speed and reliability.

  Roof Rescue carried out the roofing works to replace and upgrade our roof at 13 Manor Way, Petts Wood, Kent. Roof rescue are a family company lead and managed by Mark Corneille together with h his brother and father. Mark also liased on our behalf with the local Council’s Building Control to arrange inspection and certification of the completed work. The work was well planned, and all queues and issues were dealt with quickly and the work completed with the programmed time to my complete satisfaction. It was a pleasure to deal with Mark and the Roof Rescue Team.

  From start to finish, Roof Rescue were thoroughly professional, reliable and supportive. At the quotation stage, Mark took the time to understand our requirements fully and guided us on areas we were not so sure about such as insulation. When the work started on site, the workforce were very diligent in their work and polite and friendly. Roof Rescue took the trouble to keep the area clear and tidy during the works and cleared away quickly at the end. When some extra work came to light, Mark showed us photos, explained the options and then programmed in the necessary labour and materials.

  We were really pleased with the work completed by Roof Rescue. Mark and his dad were friendly, polite and a pleasure to deal with. They maintained excellent communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. It was clear that they were dedicated as they spent a long day ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. Their expertise and pride in their work were evident. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Roof Rescue again for any future roofing needs.

  Full main tile roof replacement and fiberglass flat roof

  I would very highly recommend Roof Rescue. The quality of work, knowledge and professionalism was excellent. From initial quote, Mark was responsive and provided much more detail than other firms that quoted. The main roof was a big job and carried out through autumn/winter. The guys grafted through bad weather, showing up every day and the outcome looks excellent. The flat roof was done in spring. We found issues under the old roof which Mark resolved expertly and with transparency. The guys are polite, kept the site very clean, and generally have been a pleasure to work on the house.
