Reuben has really excellent customer service skills, explained everything in detail and kept me up to date on all developments. Work tuned out to be a bit more messy than expected, but extra charges were discussed and agreed on. Overall I had a few works done on my roof in last few weeks after extreme weather with 2 outfits, and I am sure if I found Reuben earlier I would only be dealing with one.

Really good communication from accepting the job, really quick to come out and quote and sort a date to complete work. Very reliable and even though the job was larger than first expected they managed to fit us in on the same day and did a brilliant job. Would highly recommend.
