  I would highly recommend Dan for any work needed on your roof. We have used him 5 times on various properties and he is always so pleasant to deal with, gets on with the job, and does what’s needed without adding on any extra work that is not required, We are always informed on the price throughout also, sticks to the quote each time. We have been more than satisfied with the end result on all occasions and have never felt as though we had been overcharged. We would not hesitate to recommend Dan. 10/10 Service.

  New roof to our front porch

  We recently had Roof Maintenance Rotherham install a new porch roof with a dry ridge system using Spanish slates, and we’re extremely happy with the results. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and arrived exactly when they said they would. The quality of the workmanship is excellent - the new roof looks fantastic and has really enhanced the front of our home. Everything was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean and tidy.   From the outset, Dan and the team were extremely friendly and reliable, making the whole process feel stress-free! Dan took the time to explain the work involved, answered all of my questions and provided a clear and competitive quote with no hidden surprises. On the day of installation, they arrived promptly. It was clear that they take pride in their work - the new dry verge looks neat, secureand has greatly improved the overall appearance of my house! It's not often you come across tradespeople who have the technical expertise AND are friendly and respectful!
