The man arrived on time and brought his tools to inspect the source of the leak. However, we were unexpectedly charged £150 for the inspection, without any prior notice. I had been communicating with him through WhatsApp, but at no point did he mention there would be a call-out or inspection fee. I was quite shocked by this, especially as it’s the second time I’ve had to pay someone just to inspect the issue, without receiving a thorough or satisfactory assessment. In fact, I felt I had to guide him during the inspection, which didn’t give me confidence in the quality of his evaluation.

The whole team, from start to finish, were excellent. Their informative approach on all matters concerning the roof commenced from their first visit, clear and detailed explanations of what they were doing and when, supported by both videos, photos and regular updates kept me clearly constantly informed. The roofing team on site were polite, courteous and extremely professional in all their undertakings, ensuring the site was safe and clean at the end of the work day . Customer. service was impeccable throughout, as was their post work checks. I always felt I was in expert hands.

An amazing team of professional and hard working people. They kept me informed all the way through the work being done with pictures and videos. They were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the work and I am extremely satisfied with the finished roof which was completed in good time. I highly recommend them.
