  Roof Tile Repair

  Had a roof tile that had come off the roof presumably after one of the winter storms. James was very helpful, came out within a couple of days and the tile was replaced in no time. Many thanks!

  Repair ridge tiles

  I phoned on 24th of Jan to get a quote for ridge tile repairs after storm damage I sent pictures of the damage and got a rough quote and arranged a date for repairs of 21st of Feb. I messaged again on 29th Jan to ask for a proper written quote for the insurance company and didn’t receive a reply I waited until 10th Feb before I messaged again asking for a written quote for insurance but again no reply - as this was on WhatsApp I could see that both messages had been read. Needless to say they never showed up on 21st of February….. very poor service I wouldn’t recommend

  Dry Ridge Installation

  I can’t praise and thank James and his team enough for helping me during the two recent storms which led to me wanting dry ridge. He is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He is totally reliable and communicates with you leading up to and throughout the job - hardworking, clearly very knowledgeable about what he’s doing, and takes pride in the job right through to the tidying up. I highly recommend him and certainly will call upon him again when I need to. Thank you so much James and the team.

  Never came back

  At the beginning, James was great. He messaged to arrange a call, called when he said he would, phoned before arriving to quote. He initially promised to do the work sometime in the next 2 weeks. Didn't show up so I messaged and he said he'd be out in the next couple of days. Didn't show up so I messaged again and he said he'd have it done by the middle of the following week. Never came back to do the work.

  Roof repair

  Emergency replacement of tile that had slipped during storm. Got a call from company arranging time for roofer to do the work. Waited in all afternoon but no one appeared and no explanation received.

  Came as promised and did the job well in the main. Job was finished on 27 November 2024. Some outstanding tidying-up to be done as and when it can be fitted in.
