  Joseph gave realistic estimates he stuck to. He pointed out where water was seeping into my porch and replaced a number of cracked tiles and replaced mortar. He added vents to soffits and edge caps to a high ridge and porch.

  Easy to work with. Came when he said he would, both to assess the issue and do the work. Seemed honest and didn't try and do a bigger job than was needed. Would recommend and use in the future.

  Joseph was really knowledgable on how to fix my leaking garage roof. He came quickly and was very efficient in getting it sorted. He was able to repair three problem areas that could have been causing the leak and explained the issues to me very clearly.

  Joseph was very prompt in arranging a quote and came across as a expert in his trade. He was polite throughout the whole process and generated a trustworthy impression. On inspection, various repairs were explained and agreed, with full explanations. His quoted price was spot on, with no additional charges. His workmanship and tidyness were excellent. No hesitation in recommending.
