Completed efficiently and to a high standard

Roofing wise was quick and efficient. Very reliable & polite

We have two gutters that were cleaned in the autumn and still had water running on the outside of the downpipe, so thought it was broken. Tom came, assessed the problem (apparently blocked again!), and came up with a solution to prevent the frequent blockages we were getting due to a nearby tree. He was communicative, punctual, tidy, and efficient. We haven't had time to assess the solution, so will update if anything changes.

Dale helped me out of a tight spot when I was left without a roof by another contractor. He went above and beyond to squeeze me in last minute for emergency repair and gave a very reasonable quote despite extra work not apparent at first (boarding needed replacing). He had excellent communication throughout, asked thoughtful questions and explained options clearly without being pushy. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again if I need a roofer in future.

We were really impressed with Dale's exceptional workmanship and professionalism. He not only fixed the persistent leak underneath a soil pipe but also took the time to explain the process and ensure we were comfortable with the work being done. We now have peace of mind knowing our roof is leak-free, thanks to Dale's expertise.

Dale was fantastic - very responsive after I initially put the job up and was transparent through all parts of the process. He is clearly very knowledgeable, after initially visiting to survey the job and recommend a solution, his price was good and the work was carried out to a very high standard.
