  Having discussed the job with Robert, only two days before, he was able to slot me into his schedule which I was very grateful for. On the day he arrived, progressed with the work in a timely manner and showed me what he had done. He also addressed my questions and queries and left the property having cleared up after. I was very satisfied with the job he completed.
