Roofing Direct, collaborating with Smart Roofing, carried out works to our property to remedy water ingress. They were unprofessional, disorganised and provided misleading information and photos of the "finished" works. The water ingress is worse and have new issues within 2 weeks. A roofing survey of their work has shown that the incorrect materials were used, and application and workmanship is well below acceptable industry standards. Contacting them regarding this resulted in us being given various excuses for what has been proven to be substandard work and now must be completely replaced and rectified.
