9.33 Complete new roof

I contacted R&D proofing to check a damp issue. They quickly realised the issue was in our very old roof (we knew we had to sort it out). They gave us a quick and competitive quote to change tiles, remove chimney and put new felt. The work started in no time. As the work progressed, we realised quickly that more work was required to put new rafters and reinforce the old ones. Tommy was very clear about the problems and costs. by-the-book: everything they did was explained and documented through the process. Very pleased with the quality of the work carried out by Roofing and Damping. Initial survey was free, Quote was quick. Team.were onsite promptly, work was carried out quickly and site tidied. Came back a few days later to carry out some small snagging matters.Replaced the insulation in my loft as well because working on the roof inevitably can result in some debris. Job location: PE28The whole team were amazing from the first enquiry to the moment they left. Workmanship was terrific, the original problem turned out to be more than expected (not at all their fault but things that could not have been seen until the job was started) but everything was explained to us every step of the way and the finished job is amazing. Whilst at the job we were kept up to date all the time with photos of what was being done which was great. They were also all very respectful of us and our property and did an amazing job of clearing up when they left. Would highly recommend
