  Was very happy with the service we received. The communication was excellent, we received videos and pictures of the problems as we could of course not go see it ourselves. They were very efficient in getting the scaffolding up and doing the job. I would definitely recommend.

  Roof replacement on terraces house

  Tony initially came out to us quickly to investigate damp in our bedroom. He diagnosed through thermal imaging we had a water ingress issue. He then looked beneath some roof tiles indicating this was due to roof membrane failure. During initial repair it was found that the issue affected the whole roof. A full roof replacement was done with new ridge tile system and chimney repointing. Tony helped to explain to the neighbours what work was done on their overlapping side. Communicating for plans on the day were very good. The guys worked really hard and can fully recommend this company!

  chimney repointing and complete roof replacing

  We had problem with our chimney (Water stains on the ceiling around the chimney and wallpapers coming off the wall surrounding the chimney.) So we contacted company to check and fix problem. We got response within two days and next day they arrived for check. Scaffolding was installed and jobs started within few days. During the works appeared that problem more serious (needed full roof replacement). Job was done really quickly - in 2 days reroofing was completed. They sent us photos and videos about job progress, how it was before and after finish. I would certainly recommend this company.

  Roof Inspection and Repair

  Initially it was thought that it would be a straightforward repair but once the work started it became obvious that it was a much bigger job. They took several pictures and videos to show me the extent of the damage. I was then given a quote for the work,within the hour. The team then carried out the work quickly and efficiently. A very hard working team that left the work area spotless. I would certainly recommend this company.

  Brilliant. Excellent communication. Reasonably priced - even offered cost saving ideas. Speedy. Adaptable (weather inevitably took a turn for the worse and they came straight back once the weather cleared). Tidy. Work quality was excellent. Went out of their way to find spare roof tiles to match ours. Would recommend highly.
