Ben & his team replaced faulty membrane under roof tiles.The work was carried out professionally .He was polite & informed me of progress of the work. He showed me photographs of the work as it progressed & explained how the work was being done.He kept to the price agreed.I was happy with the work & would certainly be prepared to use his company again & would recommend him.

Ben and his team have done a great job repairing and replacing our roof. During the first visit, Ben went through and clearly explained the options we had. The team were then able to mobilise and get the job done quickly while keeping the site clean and tidy. They also worked around our neighbours so as not to inconvenience them too much. Ben even came back to give the gutter an extra clean. The job ended up being slightly larger and more complicated than we first thought (old house hiding issues) but Ben and his team were all able to handle that well.

Ben and his team did an excellent job repairing the roof verge and addressing other repairs on my house. He was quick to respond to the issue with the damaged felt, and the work was completed promptly and to a high standard. Ben went above and beyond by also replacing a few damaged tiles at no extra cost. Outstanding customer service, and I would gladly recommend him and his team to others.

I found Roofcraft of Surrey and London online and checked their reviews online which all sounded positive. I got the quote done quickly and the work was carried out very promptly. Communication was great throughout. On the day of the work they arrived on time, took photos of the work before and after so that I could see what had been done and left the property tidy when they finished. Would recommend and will be using again if I need work done.

Roofcraft of Surrey, Ben, responded very quickly to a requirement we had to fix some gutter joints on a clients house which was spotted whilst we were undertaking some air conditioning works. As the gutters were leaking directly onto an AC unit, Ben fix the problem in the same week and was very professional and comunicated well. I would recomend Ben / Roofcraft based on our experience.
