He was rude, unhelpful, uninterested in speaking to my husband on the phone to explain what was needed. As I tried to explain instead his comment was “wouldnae put that on my dogs shed” Clearly not wanting the work. No offer of alternatives or what might be better. Wouldn’t even consider contacting him again or using his services in the future.
