Good communication. Work completed on time and budget.

Existing cat flap and tunnel in my wall needed removal and replacing with a microchip cat flap. Kieron was communicative in when he was going to arrive and finished the job promptly with minimal fuss. Friendly work ethic and workmanship was tidy and he cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with the work carried out by Roo windows and doors, replaced all front of house tiles with fresh white cladding, workers were great very tidy, polite and cleaned up completely after themselves, great price too.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. All those years I have been keep chasing my "10 Years Warranty Certificate" as part of the contract to replace all my windows. I have been keep asking Kieron what is the process of the certificate. He kept making an excuses for all those one year and three months. I have been extremely patience to wait for the certificate. I still have not received my certificate. DON'T TRUST THEM.
