From the buying process at the very start to the fitting process at the end the service has been excellent. Jack was very helpful from the first enquiry phone call, he then helped us in the showroom pick the bifolds , with no feeling of a pressure to purchase . Excellent experience from start to finish with the replacement of all our leaded glass in two large bay windows. Our showroom visit with Jack was very informative, including a view of the factory. We had a prompt visit to measure up and were pleased with the competitive price. Installation went well yesterday and Wayne was very efficient and professional and clearly cared about leaving us fully satisfied with the results.
