  Roman was very clear from the beginning with his communication, keeping us updated with ETA's on the work being completed. When in the property he had great customer service and rapport with us and kept myself updated on his progress and when he would finish (1 hour ahead of his own schedule) apprentice who attended although shy was very polite and seemed Roman was a great teacher. I would highly recommend for any jobs needed from my experience

  Roman was extremely progressional, friendly and reliable. Despite the fact that I called him on late notice, he arrived on time and carried out a thorough inspection. He even took the time to fix a few issues outside of his initial scope. Intend to use Roman for future work and definitely recommend him.
