  AA vs Alex

  Alex is amazing. My car was not starting, I called AA; AA arrived and after 20 mins said car needed towing to garage. I then called Alex, who came and spent 1 1/2 hours and fixed the problem on my driveway. Very knowleagble and had all the necessary tools. Would 100% recommend Alex and he will defiantly be my new mobile Mechanic. I cancelled with AA too.

  very informative! unfortunately there were further issues that we didn't know about until the work happened but there was no pressure unlike other garages. gave us an eta on arrival and kept us informed of part progression. great service!
