The basketball hoop was installed following the setup already in place from your previous installer, which wasn’t mentioned here. Once the job was completed, I asked if you were happy with the installation, and you confirmed that you were absolutely satisfied. Ten days later the situation seems to have changed, and I’m not sure why!
I’m always willing to return and sort things out at a fair cost based on the work required.
