  Paid £600 and I still have rodents

  I paid £600 to Nurture Pest Control and I still have a rodent problem. I had three visits at first but the rodents came back. To be fair to Nurture Pest Control they sent the technician back another three times and he eventually said the problem was coming from the drains, but why wasn't this checked during the first three visits? All he did was put bait in a manhole to check if it was eaten, it took five minutes and could easily have been done months ago. And the kicker is that they don't fix drain problems! So that's £600 down the drain...

  Pest control

  Toby Listened to explanation and assessed situation to remove unwanted rodent in garden. Toby very professional, polite and perfect time keeping. Best part is that due to Toby we no longer have a rodent problem in the garden.

  Removal of rodents in house

  Unfortunately, in short, the issue was never sorted. I was asked to pay for services before the first visit, however after three visits I am still hearing rodent sounds. I notified Rokill of this and I was told if any further treatment is required I would have to pay for the £192 again. I believe that Rokill believe the job was complete as no evidence of activity was seen in the attic, however I stated that I could hear the rodent noises in the ground floor ceiling. I would not recommend Rokill, I expected the problem to be sorted for the cost I paid, which it was not.

  Pest Issue

  Kevin was great, I was panicking with the sudden appearance of what I though to be a Wasp nest with a huge swarm, after a few calls and text message , Kevin took the time to not only reassure me of the great news .. no wasp but also to explained I was safe as bees do not attack , Kevin took the time to explained they probably will move on and that more likely the queen was just resting , Best Customer Service received in a long time, specially since I no longer need it his services, would highly recommend such an honest and helpful person to anyone

  Mouse Issue

  Had a wonderful service in my area, very polite, always called before arriving to check timings and gave me knowledge on the issue of mice I had in my home. Unfortunately, wasn't able to point out any areas of proofing needed within the home to prevent a reoccuring issue, that would of been ideal.

  Bird nesting prevention

  A representative came around and evaluated the situation but being a national company he explained that they have to do a health and safety assessment etc and did say a price which was too expensive. I did thank him for not wasting his and my time which he understood. He did say that I needed a roofing company which just uses ladders. He was polite and understanding
