  Ross completed a sampling survey for us, he attended the property promptly and was a pleasure to deal with. going forward we will be using him for all our asbestos surveying in the future and cannot recommend him highly enough.

  Ross talked me through the process and answered all of my questions clearly, was very friendly and reliable. He was very thorough with the survey and talked me through what he was doing and when he spotted things I may not have been aware of. The report was produced quickly and overall communication from start to finish was great. I would happily recommend his services to other people.

  Examination and Sample collection from loft

  Ross from Roken Ltd., came very promptly at 9am on 26th, day after he had contacted me via my request to Check a Trade to find someone to check if there was any asbestos in loft area of my bungalow. He was very pleasant and gave me information on what he would be doing, ie taking samples and sending them off for analysis, he did a thorough inspection and took photos which he showed me. Very pleased with the work and subsequent report, would recommend this Company highly

  Ross replied very quickly to my request and was booked in within 24 hours notice and I had the test results the day after that thankfully showed no Asbestos! Would definitely recommend Roken ☺️
