Rok came to replace our downstairs toilet, and once again they were fantastic. This is the second time they’ve done work for us, and we would have them back in a heartbeat. Every member of the team is highly experienced, polite, and dedicated to detail. They understand older properties, and it really shows in the way they solve the unique challenges that come with them. Even after the job was finished, we had a couple of small snags, and they returned promptly to sort everything out without any fuss. We couldn’t recommend them more.

ROK were quick to respond to my enquire with a fair price to carry out works at a local school to lay 2 concrete slabs and erect structures onto these. The 2 workmen who carried out the works were always punctual and kept me up to date with the progress of the job. The job was completed to a high standard and within time that was agreed. I will be asking them to quote for further works in the future.

Great service, superb quality porch which stops everyone who walks by. Builders were all friendly and fantastic at their trade. Loads of compliments and at least two of our neighbours have now contacted Rok for their services

Simon and his team were fantastic from the beginning in the getting the quote, to the end of the build. They communicated throughout answering any questions and discussing any options. Very very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend.

Left the guys to handle the conversation whilst we took a holiday. They sent photo updates which we appreciated. The home office is fantastic.. genuinely better than we hoped it would be.

The Rok team were fantastic, not only listened to the spec but provided further ideas and design input which has added to the look and feel of my my initial plan/ideas. They communicated effectively throughout the project, keeping me updated on every stage, any potential issues raised and resolved quickly and efficiently. The Team work very hard to ensure delivery and timescales are met which was refreshing . Would highly recommend Rok Building Services!
