10 3 pits through concrete UNDER my floorboards for a structural engineer to see our foundation level.

Called them one day, they came and looked that afternoon. They agreed to come the next day which they did! Cleaned up after themselves. No mud on my carpet which was an achievement. Paid them what they said, no quibbles. Structural engineer satisfied. Lee and his team did a really great job turning our garage into a home office - they were really open throughout the process, we had a tight budget and they were great at sticking to this. Really high quality work without any fuss.
