  Adapting and modifying ikea bookshelves for new home

  Ali (Roe & Haynes Construction) responded to my job by phone and came to assess what was required and confirmed he could do it before Christmas (about a day's work). I bought the additional ikea bookshelves and extension sections myself. Ali messaged me to confirm to confirm his time of arrival the night before and quickly got to work and assembled and modified the shelves with no fuss or trouble. He communicated well and having identified an issue with cutting around the skirting moulding, came up with a satisfactory solution. He tidied up everywhere and completed the job on time. Thanks Ali

  Door fitting

  I really appreciated the hard work and craftsmanship that went into the job of removing my old doors and fitting new ones in. Ali was dedicated to the job and completed it to perfection. I’m so happy with my new doors and would completely recommend him to anyone having work done in their house. Thank you once again for all your work 😊

  Fitting 6 doors, with lots of complexity

  Genuine quality craftsmen. Sourced the doors and handles for us. It was a complicated job, requiring inventive ways to get over some issues with the frames. Really thoughtful, even though we hadn’t ordered a bathroom lock, used own initiative to get one. Clean and tidy, friendly and professional.

  Kitchen Fitting

  So happy with the work carried out by Ali. Beautiful workmanship, trustworthy, friendly and hardworking, everything we hoped for when looking for a carpenter to fit our kitchen and wooden work surface. It wasn’t a straightforward fit but Ali worked wonders and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!
