Great experience from beginning to end. Great communications, turned up exactly when they said they would and tidied up the poor work done by the house builders, making it far more secure and robust in the future. Can recommend.

After clear and responsive comms, Tom and Dan came out quickly to replace some broken/slipped tiles. They advised on other existing issues with no hard-sell. I'd definitely trust them with sorting those issues as and when, given that non-cowboys are increasingly difficult to find: They seemed to take pride in what they do and came across as very likeable pros.

Contacted after storm, quick communication, fair price, came to fix before inclement weather hit and was thoroughly pleasant throughout. Would use again and recommend.
