Ian was professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. He visited very quickly and was respectful of our home. He dealt with the immediate problem and gave us advice on how to prevent further issues. I would recommend him without hesitation.

​We asked Rodect to solve a problem with noise in our loft, which Ian efficiently identified as a rat. He was incredibly prompt in his initial response and arrived exactly on time for every visit. Ian maintained excellent contact throughout the process, keeping us fully informed. He was also very helpful in accommodating our busy schedule, coming over at times that suited us. On top of his reliability, Ian is very friendly and highly knowledgeable. If you need pest control, I can't recommend Rodect enough.

I contacted Ian at Rodect Pest Control, suspecting a wasp infestation needing attention. Despite the limited details I gave him, he promptly identified the issue as a honey bee swarm. He advised that the bees should either be left undisturbed or relocated, and shared guidance on how to arrange this for free if needed. Ian could have visited, charged a call-out fee, and declined the work. Instead, his principled approach and willingness to provide valuable advice were exemplary. I hope not to need pest control in the future, but should the need arise, Ian and Rodect already have my business
